about me
My name is Kevin Lalune, and I am a 30-year-old fashion designer from a small town in France near the Swiss border. Growing up in an environment untouched by major city influences allowed me to cultivate a unique design perspective, free from external artistic trends. My journey into fashion began as a child when I would sketch T-shirt designs for my mother, who promised to have them produced—a promise that never materialized but unknowingly planted the seed for my future in design.
I studied fashion at Vancouver College of Art and Design before earning my master’s degree in fashion design at MODE ESTAH in Paris. I successfully launched a sold-out collection that was stocked in Vancouver, Copenhagen, and online, and I have showcased my work in three Paris fashion shows. I strive to merge utility with artistry—crafting garments that are both wearable and conceptually rich.
design philosphy
My aesthetic blends minimalism, avant-garde concepts, and technology, all with the goal of enhancing everyday life through smart details. My work is deeply personal, often reflecting my emotions, struggles, and triumphs. I draw inspiration from brutalist architecture, furniture design, and the organic evolution of materials—particularly the way metal ages through rust and oxidation. My designs embrace structure, functionality, and an uncompromising aesthetic.
